@design_law I don't really know when it starts; it seems to be August 1-ish. But Stanford kind of jumpstarted things last year with their July 15 date, so who knows what will happen this year.

Some mainline law reviews are simply closed in the summer.

I've found that specialty journals (well, tech, anyway) are more active in the summer cycle than mainline.

PSA for law profs or others w/ MANY tracked edits (e.g., law review edits):
In Word, you can
1) hide all tracked formatting changes
2) JUST show formatting changes (& accept all changes shown)
3) show edits from just one author (useful w/ round-robin coediting).
Woot!

Hello Lawprofs! As you probably know, hashtags are important for discovering content on Mastodon, which doesn't have full-text search by default. Here are a few you might find useful:

- plug your new paper/book or flag someone else's

- announce upcoming conferences or workshops

- calls for papers

- announce or flag job openings

- discussions of classroom technique or materials

- discussions of the submission process and related topics
